Expressions of Interest - Santa's Symphony in the Park

Santa's Symphony in the Park will be back at Burswood Park on Saturday 18 December 2021. Burswood Park Board would like to hear from local vendors who are interested in vending food and drink from 4pm to 8.30pm. Upwards of 5,000 people are expected to be in attendance. Please apply, even if you have previously lodged an EOI for any other opportunity within Burswood Park to ensure we have your latest information.

Mandatory Requirements

  • A certificate of currency for public liability insurance ($10m minimum)
  • Evidence of food registration with a Local Government Authority (LGA)
  • Evidence of vehicle registration with Dept of Transport
  • A copy of a recent inspection report (within 6 months) from the relevant LGA
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, an annual permit to trade from the Towns of Victoria Park, Canning or Gosnells.

Selection Criteria

Applicants who can demonstrate the following will be highly regarded:

  1. Product offering - quality products, servicing a diverse customer group, with offerings at various price points, healthy options
  2. Presentation - exceptional presentation of the vehicle and staff
  3. Sustainability practices - alternatives to single use plastic and polystyrene

Expressions of interest are now closing Wednesday 27 October, due to overwhelming interest. Successful applicants will be notified by 29 October. Queries can be directed to events@burswoodpark.wa.gov.au.
