The park is broadly bound by Great Eastern Highway and the Causeway to the south, Victoria Park Drive to the east, Optus Stadium to the north, and the Swan River to the west.
Two park entrances are off Great Eastern Highway, however the park is also accessible via Victoria Park Drive off the Graham Farmer Freeway.
