The Swan Shell
A striking sculptural structure inspired by a swan in flight, the Swan Shell creates a dramatic and modern backdrop for wedding ceremonies. Surrounded by open lawns, mature trees and tranquil water features, it offers a bright, spacious setting for beautiful outdoor celebrations.
The Swan Fountain
Set beside the bronze Swan Fountain and ornamental lake, this ceremony space offers a serene garden atmosphere with sculptural water features and shaded parkland surrounds. It’s an intimate, picturesque location ideal for relaxed, elegant celebrations.
Key conditions of hire
If you’re considering hosting your ceremony at Burswood Park, please note the following key conditions of hire:
- The venue is available wedding ceremonies only, not wedding receptions.
- Bookings are essential and free of charge. Due to high demand, we recommend booking well in advance.
- Bookings are available in two-hour blocks, including set up and pack down.
- Vehicles must remain in designated car parks; lawn access is not permitted.
- No structures (such as marquees or stages) may be installed, and decorations cannot be attached to trees, signs or structures.
- Power is not provided; battery-operated PA systems are permitted.
- Rice, confetti and balloons are not allowed.
- Major events at Optus Stadium may affect access and parking.
