Walk to honour brave hearts. Join the community for Two Feet & A Heartbeat – a powerful tribute to children born with congenital heart disease and the families who walk beside them.
Choose a 4km or 8km walk to reflect and remember. Carry a coloured flag – blue for those living with CoHD, red in support, and white in memory of a Heart Angel – and begin with a moment of silence to honour lives lost.
After the walk, stay to enjoy family-friendly activities, light refreshments, and the shared spirit of connection in the beautiful surrounds of Burswood Park.
