Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct - Community Consultation

The WA Government has launched its community and stakeholder consultation to help inform the design and delivery of the new Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct.

Delivering a major hub for community, entertainment, culture, arts, and sport at Burswood Park was a key election commitment of the Cook Labor Government, with community consultation representing a critical milestone in the project’s development.

The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct aligns with the Burswood Park 20 Year Vision, aiming to transform the area into an iconic recreational and tourism destination. The concept design includes:

• A new outdoor amphitheatre for live music events.
• A multi-use track and multi-purpose building designed to support cycling, triathlons, running festivals, paralympic racing, community sports, and a marquee motorsport festival held once a year.
